Each individual player is permitted to hold only one registered 98pkt Account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a pseudonym, or via another person — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 98pkt reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets or winnings, and withhold any balance pending investigation.
98pkt does not knowingly accept registrations from players located in jurisdictions where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to ascertain the legal status of online gaming in your jurisdiction before registering. 98pkt accepts no liability for any player who accesses the Platform from a restricted jurisdiction.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 98pkt login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party. 98pkt will never ask you for your password through any channel. Any activity conducted through your Account while your credentials are in use — whether by you or a third party — is your sole responsibility.
If you believe your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 98pkt support immediately at [email protected]. Upon receiving such notification, 98pkt will suspend the Account pending investigation. 98pkt cannot be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised access where the Player has failed to maintain reasonable security over their credentials.
98pkt is required under the terms of its international gaming licence to verify the identity and age of all registered players before processing withdrawal requests and, in certain cases, before activating bonus funds. Acceptable verification documents include a government-issued national identity card (CNIC), passport, or driver's licence. Proof of address documents such as a recent utility bill or bank statement may also be required. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions.
An Account that has not recorded any login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months is considered inactive. 98pkt reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to inactive accounts in accordance with the fee schedule published on the Platform. Prior notice will be sent to the email address registered on the Account before any such fee is applied.

All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified. Deposits are credited to your 98pkt Account Balance following successful confirmation from the payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier. 98pkt does not charge deposit fees, however your bank or payment provider may apply their own charges which are outside 98pkt's control.
Withdrawal requests will only be processed to a payment method previously used to fund the Account, subject to KYC verification being complete and any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds having been met. 98pkt reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Processing times are subject to the payment provider's own timelines.
98pkt operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. All transactions are monitored. Where unusual activity is identified, 98pkt reserves the right to suspend withdrawals, request source-of-funds documentation, or report the activity to the relevant authorities as required by law. Deposited funds must originate from a payment method held in your own name.
Important: 98pkt will never process a withdrawal to a third-party payment method or bank account. Withdrawal destinations must match the deposit source. Any attempt to circumvent this policy will be treated as a breach of these Terms.
All bonuses, free spins, reload offers, cashback credits, and other promotional benefits offered by 98pkt are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, minimum qualifying deposit amounts, eligible game restrictions, time limits, and maximum bet-per-spin restrictions while bonus funds are active. These specific terms are communicated at the time the promotion is offered and form part of these Terms by reference.
Bonus Funds credited to your Account cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied in full. Wagering contributions vary by game type — slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements, while table games and live casino may contribute a lower percentage or zero. 98pkt reserves the right to withdraw any bonus, void any winnings derived from a bonus, and suspend or permanently close an Account where there is evidence of bonus abuse. 98pkt reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonus funds already credited to a player's Account unless the modification is required to comply with a regulatory obligation.

Where a definitive outcome cannot be established, the bet or game round may be voided and the staked amount returned to the player's Balance. Winnings arising from a demonstrable technical error are not valid and will not be paid.

Winnings that exceed these limits will be paid in instalments in accordance with the schedule set out in the cashier. You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data subject to 98pkt's legal data retention obligations.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 98pkt's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
98pkt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if 98pkt has been advised of the possibility of such damages. 98pkt does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform and accepts no liability for service interruptions caused by factors outside its reasonable control.
Gaming Risk Acknowledgement: You acknowledge that online gaming involves financial risk and that you may lose the funds you wager. 98pkt does not guarantee winnings. You agree that you participate in gaming activities on the 98pkt Platform entirely at your own risk.
You may request closure of your 98pkt Account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any outstanding wagering requirements on Bonus Funds must be noted — Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure. Real-money Balance will be returned to you via your verified payment method subject to the standard withdrawal process and KYC requirements.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 98pkt holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the dispute resolution procedure set out in Section 16 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent 98pkt from seeking urgent interlocutory or injunctive relief in any jurisdiction where it considers such relief necessary to protect its interests or the integrity of the Platform.
98pkt reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 98pkt will provide reasonable notice via the email address registered on your Account and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13.1 above. The current version of these Terms, together with the date of last update, is always accessible on this page.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable. All remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
